Key modules include refrigeration basics, ice preparation techniques, dasher board maintenance, Zamboni operations, and ice maintenance strategies.

    By the end of the course, participants will have the introductory knowledge to apply and build further into an ice technician skillset in day-to-day ice operations. Additionally, participants can extend their learning experience and skillset by completing Global Venue Institute’s additional courses.
